Subscriptions renew automatically each month unless cancelled. You may cancel renewal at any time.

This subscription provides access to TalentHub, a subscription-based discovery and messaging platform operated by FY Digital Services LLC.

The subscription relates to platform access only, including messaging, account access, and related platform features. TalentHub and FY Digital Services LLC do not provide services directly. Subscription payments are not payments for services offered by providers.

• Access to platform features where enabled

Important note: Availability may vary by category and location. A TalentHub subscription provides access to platform discovery features, listings, messaging tools, and related platform functionality only. A subscription does not guarantee provider availability, response, or activity within any specific timeframe.

After you subscribe

Access to TalentHub is enabled via an Invitation Code issued to the email address used during subscription payment.

Only the email address used during subscription payment will be authorised to activate and access the platform account.

Once your subscription is successfully processed, an invitation email containing your access code is sent to that email address.

When you receive your Invitation Code, it is entered on the Signup page (at the top of the signup entry form) - scroll down the page to find the signup form.

Invitation emails are typically sent within a few hours. Please check your inbox, spam, and trash folders.

Billing information

Subscriptions provide access to platform features and are billed on a recurring monthly basis unless cancelled.

You may cancel renewal at any time. Cancellation stops future renewals; access remains active until the end of the current billing period.

Subscription payments are processed securely by a third-party payment processor. FY Digital Services LLC does not store full payment card details.
