Where's My Invitation Code and Invitation Email? 🙁
If you have paid your subscription fee and have not received your Invitation Email which will include your "Invitation Code" enabling you to create an account on the TalentHub, to directly message service providers, please ensure you check your SPAM or TRASH email box.
AGAIN - ENSURE you check your SPAM and TRASH email boxes, as well as standard Inbox for the Invitation Email, and please read on below for further information.
Note: Once you receive your invitation email, which will include an “Invitation Code”, you are then able to sign up and create an account on our Talent Hub, which requires an “Invitation Code” to enable account creation. Your invitation email will include the steps necessary to create your account (please check your SPAM and TRASH email box for the email should you not see it). Once your account is created, you can then book any service provider. The Invitation Email is usually sent within 1 hour of payment of your Subscription Fee, but sometimes takes up to 4 hours.
