- Your use of and access to the Service;
- Your breach of any term of this agreement;
- Your violation of any law or the rights of a third party as a result of your use of the Service.

You acknowledge and agree that any domain name registered through our Service as part of the "All In One Website Deployment Package/Service" subscription will remain the property of foryouservices.com until a payment of $77USD is made to us to transfer the domain to you. The domain name is provided as part of the Service and is under our ownership, until the $77 payment is made. This clause is intended to protect us from legal action stemming from your use of the Service and ensure clarity regarding the ownership of domain names procured through our Service. We believe that this is a fair and reasonable transfer fee.

By agreeing to these terms, you waive the right to bring any claim against foryouservices.com related to or arising out of your subscription to the "All In One Website Deployment Package/Service."

This indemnification clause will survive the termination or expiration of your subscription and/or use of the Service.
