Subscriptions provide access to platform features and are billed on a recurring monthly basis unless cancelled.

Cancel renewal at any time

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future renewals. Your current access remains active until the end of the current billing period.

How to cancel

Option 1: Cancel through your billing portal

If your payment provider provides a billing or subscription management portal, you may cancel your subscription directly through that portal using the email address associated with your subscription.

Option 2: Contact us to cancel for you

Email [email protected] from the email address used during subscription. We will process your cancellation request and confirm by reply.

Refunds are not issued based on provider availability or response unless required by applicable law.

After a subscription is successfully processed, platform access is activated by issuing an invitation code to the same email address used during payment. This verification step helps ensure that platform access is issued only to the verified subscription email address.

• Once platform access has been activated or an invitation code has been redeemed, the digital service is considered delivered and is generally non-refundable.
• Recurring subscription renewals are generally non-refundable once processed.

Billing errors

If you believe you were charged in error, please contact us promptly. Verified billing errors are corrected as quickly as possible.

Chargeback guidance

If you have a billing concern, please contact us first. In the event of a chargeback, we may provide records confirming subscription activation, invitation-code issuance, and platform access delivery.
